• Faithful and reliable towards human - that's why it is a beloved family dog. It is committed to the owner and loyal to all family members. 

• A well-bred and socialized dog of this breed gets along with small children and animals. It is a cheerful and tolerant companion to their games, but due to the size and strength, these contacts need to be supervised. 

• It will accept other dogs and small animals at home, but can be dominating towards other males. 

• It has a strong temperament, should be balanced, self-confident and gentle if not provoked. 

• He submits with pleasure to the owner. 

• Males usually have stronger character and females are more submissive. 

• Courageous, watchful and distrustful towards strangers. It is a great, but quite noisy guardian. 

• Active and energetic - It requires a lot of movement and mental exercise. At an early age, It shouldn’t undergo strenuous training. 

• It doesn’t tolerate being left alone very well, It needs constant contact with people in order to develop properly. He can live in a playpen, but It should spend as much time with his family and always have something to do.
